Eureka Springs Chief of Police Earl Hyatt
Born in Southern California in 1960, lived in Australia from 1969 to 1976 when his family returned to NW Arkansas.  Served honorably with the United States Marine Corps from 1980 to 1984, then entered the field of law enforcement, now completing 24 years.  Hyatt has been Chief of Police in Eureka Springs since 1996.
His favorite charity is Special Olympics and can always be counted on to help local people in need.  He is married to Rachal Hyatt, 4th grade teacher at Eureka Springs Elementary.

Elizabeth Crawley Wood
     Liz is a student of Eureka Springs High School receiving Academic Achievement Awards, having concern for environment and wildlife.  
     She plans a career after college in law enforcement and joining the AGFC.
     Genuinely engaging, Liz works at the Family Restaurant (Fat Stanleez) in Eagle Rock, MO and on week-ends at the Lovin’ Oven.  
     Her Irish heritage dates to her red-haired grandfather who married a Cherokee squaw from Tennessee.  Says Liz, “I was blessed as a Blonde!”
